We ship NBA jerseys worldwide from our warehouse. This page explains exactly how long each stage takes, what it costs, and what happens with customs.
In short
In-stock jerseys dispatch in 1–3 business days and custom name & number orders in 3–7. Standard shipping then takes 7–15 days and is free over $69 (a flat $6.99 below that); express takes 5–10 days. Every order ships tracked, and you get the tracking number by email the day it leaves.

Where we ship
We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and most other destinations worldwide. If your country isn't available at checkout, email us and we'll quote it manually.
Tracking your parcel
Every order ships tracked. You'll get the tracking number by email the day it dispatches — check spam if you don't see it. Track it on our order tracking page, which reports live scans via 17TRACK.
Customs, duties and taxes
- Prices are shown in your local currency where available.
- Most parcels clear customs without extra charges, but import duties or VAT are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility if applied.
- If a parcel is held by customs, we'll help with any documentation the carrier asks for.
Peak seasons and delays
During new-season launches, Black Friday and public holidays, dispatch and transit can run a few days longer. Customs inspections can add time that neither we nor the carrier controls. If your tracking hasn't moved for 10+ days, email us and we'll open a trace.
